We are delighted to welcome you to PRISM 2025, taking place on July 28th & 29th at the St. Giles Wembley Hotel, Penang.


Venue:

Getting There:

  • By E-Hailing Services: Convenient and widely available throughout Penang.
  • By Car: Approximately 20 minutes’ drive from Penang International Airport.

Parking Information:

Due to limited parking at the venue, we encourage all attendees to carpool or use public transport or e-hailing services.

If you're driving, here are your options:

  • Hotel Parking: Discounted flat rate of RM10.00 nett per car, per entry for conference participants.
  • Parking System uses Car Plate Recognition
  • Scan the QR code (available at the banquet hall) using your phone’s QR scanner
  • Payment online via Visa, MasterCard, TNG, E-wallet, or Boost.
  • Nearby Malls: Parking available at Prangin Mall and 1st Avenue Mall (standard hourly charges apply).
  • Street Parking: Available at a daily rate of RM9.00. Please ensure you park in designated areas to avoid fines or towing by the Penang City Council.
  • Private Parking Lots: Several nearby open-air parking lots are available (rates may vary by operator).


Event Day Schedule

  • Registration Counter: Open from 8:00 AM – 8:55 AM (Level 9)
  • (All delegates must register at the counter before entering the conference.)
  • Conference Begins: 9:00 AM sharp
  • Dress Code: Business casual or formal attire is encouraged
  • Delegates under HRDC Claim please refer to HRDC guidelines
  • Attendance proof (certificate of attendance, sign-in sheets)
  • There is usually a minimum number of hours per day (typically 6 contact hours) for it to qualify as a full-day training program.
  • Track Selection: First-come, first-served. Once full, you'll be directed to the next available hall.

  6. Ensure your device is equipped with working audio capability.
  7. Headphones with Microphone
  8. Please use earphones or headphones with a microphone to minimize background noise and support clearer communication.
  9. Webcam Requirement
  10. We recommend keeping your webcam on throughout the session to support better engagement and interaction.
  11. Professional Video Background
  12. Ensure your background is clean, uncluttered, and as plain as possible to minimize distractions for yourself and other participants.
